BIODoc is an expansion to our BIOToken to retain other forms of personal documents that are secured in the same manner. BIODoc refers to a secure digital or electronic file containing sensitive personal data that can be transmitted directly to authorized entities without the risk of unauthorized copying or duplication. The file is restricted from being printed, copied, or altered, and is use and time sensitive to ensure that the information remains protected and only accessible by the designated recipient. This approach adds an extra layer of security to the handling of personal identification documents, making it more difficult for unauthorized individuals to misuse or misappropriate information.

BIOToken

A BIOToken is a combination of the individual Credit Card Network token combined with an individual personal date. Let’s show how we go about it. When an individual goes through the verification process, they take a selfie, add a valid identification to prove who they are that we compare and validate. They then put in their mobile number and allow the process to make sure that it is their smartphone by validating with a 2FA. Finally, the individual enters their credit card information that is verified with the issuer and a network credit card token is created. SoftPoint then gathers the additional information provided and secures it all together using the same security and method used when securing the credit card to produce a BIOToken.

Registration is Simple Follow these four steps

Scan or Invite

The process begins with the customer scanning a QRCode or receiving an invitation via text or email. The invitation is tracked in real time so the customer can approve where and how their biometrics are used.

Selfie

The customer then takes a selfie to see if they are already registered with our offering. It is important to note that once a customer has registered with one of our partners, they can simply use our solutions anywhere, at any time.

Registration

If not already registered, the process is simple. A customer will submit a valid photo ID for identification, and our partners will validate.

Wallet

Finally, the customer enters their form of payment that is tokenized under our BIOToken software to properly secure the information. From here, the customer is now ready to use biometrics wherever it is offered.

Counter Service

Our Counter service terminal is ideal for counter service operations, where the user can run our point of sales and the customer can use the display screen for order review and to manage any operation.

Registration

New to the lineup is our self-verification and registration terminal. These terminals allow for an individual to go through the registration or renewal process. This way a customer can take a selfie, enter their id, and add their method of payment.

Kiosk

Our Kiosk is designed for self-service operations that allow the customer to order, validate, pay and even self-scan items. Our Kiosks are fully integrated into our point-of-sale solutions for a seamless, efficient experience.

Portable

Our portable terminal is rugged and ideal for manned operations. This way you can manage access and point-of-sale operations remotely anywhere those types of operations are needed.

Turnstile

SoftPointPAY works with a series of turnstile manufacturers in order to provide fixed as well as movable mobile turnstiles. Coupled with our ticketing platform or integrations, our turnstile can manage entry, and exit, and ensure controlled area access.

Autonomous
